Last night I asked a group of ladies what they do for fun, and it was a conversation-stopper. I. kid. you. not.
We’re so busy with work, our families, and keeping up with the latest news that we are not making time for ourselves. We are not slowing down to look at the good things happening all around us.
Yes, life is hard — and life is good. There should be joy and fun, at least in some seasons. Lately, I’ve started painting. I guess you would call it mixed media — gouache, watercolor, and oil pastels. It is something just for me.
This week I challenge you to do something just for you — even if only for 5 minutes. You deserve it!
