This week the world has watched as US gymnast, Simone Biles, has prioritized her mental health on the world stage. I don't know if it gets better than the Olympics! It has stirred a lot of good conversation, and I'm starting to see a shift in our culture. In today's episode, I give you a few questions to ask and answer to gauge your current mental health!
