Friends,
Will you take a deep breath with me?
Inhale (count to 1). Exhale (count to 2).
How are you doing? Seriously, how are you — physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually? Check in with yourself. If you had to pick one word to describe your current state of being, what would that word be?
I’ve had a few conversations lately where people have been honest about their hard season. Though we are plugged in all the time, we are rarely ever connected with one another. It is easy to feel isolated and alone.
I want you to know that wherever you find yourself, you are welcome here. I care about you, and I’d love to hear from you. Seriously, reach out anytime. Share in the comments below. What is that one word you picked to describe your current state?
My hope is that this little community becomes a place where we can truly support one another through all seasons of life. A place where we can be honest and find hope. Hold me accountable friends. I need you.
always grace,
Amber Lea
This Week on Growth & Grace:
— Last week on the podcast I talked about how problem solving does not work. It's was a HUGE mindset shift for me. Today we're talking about an alternative to problem solving, possibilities. What is the crossroad you currently find yourself? That is the question that a conversation about possibilities asks. For me this coversation feels like freedom, and I'm excited that you're on this journey with me.
THIS WEEK - A Study on Spiritual Practices
I’m hosting a study on Spiritual Practices for all paid subscribers! If you’ve ever wondered what you can do to grow spiritually or what it looks like to deepen your relationship with God, then this is the perfect study for you. Each week we’ll cover a different spiritual practice and try them out together!
Worth Your Time:
I’ve listened to this podcast multiple times the last several months, and every time it stirs up something new.
I believe that most of our growth comes when we ask good questions. So below is your weekly question for transformation. Think about it, journal it, talk it through with a friend. If you want, share your response the comment section.
